These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of Me Focused.
By downloading, installing, or using Me Focused, you agree to these Terms.
1. License and Apple Standard EULA
Me Focused is distributed through the Apple App Store and is licensed, not sold.
Your license to use Me Focused is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA regarding your license, the Apple Standard EULA governs.
2. Focus and scheduling features
Me Focused provides focus timers, Pomodoro sessions, calendar-aware session timing, task entry, planning views, session history, notifications, and related productivity features.
The app uses the calendar information and preferences available on your devices to estimate available focus time and to leave a transition period before an upcoming event. These calculations depend on the calendar data, permissions, device settings, and information available to the app at the time.
You are responsible for checking your calendar, meeting details, time zone, notification settings, and focus-session choices. Me Focused does not guarantee that you will attend a meeting on time, meet a deadline, complete a task, or achieve a particular productivity result.
3. No professional advice
Me Focused is a software tool for personal focus and time management. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for professional judgment or care.
4. Your content and device data
You are responsible for the task names, notes, planning information, calendar content, and other material that you create, import, view, or store using Me Focused. You retain ownership of your content.
You are responsible for maintaining backups appropriate to the importance of your information. Syncing through iCloud or a local network is not a replacement for backups and may be affected by device settings, connectivity, storage limits, or Apple services.
5. Apple services and third-party services
Me Focused may interoperate with Apple Calendar, iCloud/CloudKit, Apple notifications, Apple Watch, and other Apple device services. Those services are provided by Apple and may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, availability limits, and changes outside our control.
References to third-party products or services do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Me Focused in violation of applicable law or in a manner that infringes the rights of others. You must also comply with the terms that apply to Apple services and any other third-party products you use with the app.
7. Changes to Me Focused
Me Focused may be updated from time to time. Features may be modified, replaced, or discontinued as the product develops. Nothing in these Terms guarantees the continued availability of a particular feature, integration, or device support.
8. Privacy
Your use of Me Focused is also subject to the Me Focused Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use the app and this website.
9. Warranty and liability
The warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable consumer protections governing your license to Me Focused are set out in the Apple Standard EULA referenced above.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when Me Focused or the legal requirements applicable to it change. When the Terms are materially changed, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law.
